XZX can provide two type of double block and bleed valve systems (Mono-Flange and Pro-Bloc) together with integral fittings, both being designed and produced by one company. Selection of this combination results in the elimination of taper thread connections and the need for thread sealant. DBB is designed to replace conventional multiple-valve installations currently in use for interface with pressure measuring systems. By combining customer specified valves into a single manifold, the number of leak paths is considerably reduced and the mass of the system is lowered reducing the stresses from loading and vibration. The result of which substantially improves installation and operational safety factors. Reduction in leakage path connections together with a one-piece solution also provides positive installation cost savings.
